Hi! I’m Paul Shirey, creator of Paul Shirey Tech. Before Paul Shirey Tech I had been producing true content online since 2009 when I started my Amateur Radio Podcast – Teen Radio Journey at only age 13. I kept that podcast going for two years strong, and then eventually decided that I wanted to move onto something in which I could have a lot more things to talk about. For close to a year I was trying new things out and deciding what I wanted to write about, then it hit me. I could write about Technology. After running Paul’s Daily Blurbs for a few months, I knew I would be able to constantly push out rich content to an audience. I re-branded it with an official logo, and my slogan Tech and Social Media – No Gimmicks. I produced tons of blog posts that could easily answer common or not-so-common computer related questions that someone may have, and that set up my base for the blog.

To this day, I always love helping people when it comes to technology. I am driven by the constant desire for everyone to be comfortable with the technology that surrounds us. It literally hurts me inside to see someone struggling with something that I see as easy. When I’m writing about something, I’m often writing from a personal level too. I don’t just write about technology, I embrace it. It’s my passion to help people be comfortable with technology, even if that means doing it for free once in a while. There is nothing more rewarding than knowing that I’ve helped someone accomplish a task that they thought they wouldn’t be able to accomplish. A world capable of using technology is a world capable of prospering greatly.
